All personal information gathered from the client/user used to book a reading will never be shared with anyone. The information provided will be used to contact the client/user to send their reading to them with a link to a private YouTube video that only the client/user will have access to. Should the client/user decide to share the link with others, the client/user does so at their own risk. Soul Care Intuitive and/or Mel does not share any personal information with anyone other than the client/user.

Refund Policy

As all services are done digitally, there are no refunds once purchased. This includes all readings and all courses.
