In simple terms, quantum healing is a type of healing that uses your mind and energy to help your body feel better. It’s based on the idea that everything, including our bodies, is made of energy. Just like when you feel better by thinking positive thoughts, quantum healing suggests that we can help heal ourselves by using positive intentions, calming practices like meditation, and focusing our energy.

This allows for a more tailored approach, with techniques and intentions adjusted specifically to the client’s needs. In individual sessions, practitioners can delve deeper into particular issues, provide direct feedback, and adapt practices in real-time based on the client’s responses.
