Living in fear can be debilitating. This type of energy is no longer warranted! The world is changing and now is the time to step into your power. In this video I talk about two situations that happened to me and how I’m not going to let fear stop me anymore! I hope you will join me and not let fear stop you either.

I have lost myself over the years. I have let my physical health go. I have let my appearance go. But now I am ready to get back on track. Only I could come to this decision. No one can force you to change or get better. Only you can decide that and make changes in your lift. It is ok to lose yourself because of pain and trauma, but don't stay there forever. Allow yourself to heal and grow, but know that you can change your circumstances in an instant...when you are ready.

There have been so many times in my life where things have totally fallen apart, or I didn't get a job my heart was set on. Looking back, the things that fell apart or didn't happen, was exactly what was supposed to happen, and those things were supposed to fall apart. I would not have the life that I have now if I had stayed or didn't have those things taken away.
